Overview

Responsible for the architecture and operation of a Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid infrastructure at an international industrial company. Focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Active Directory, and infrastructure automation.

My Role

Responsible for target architecture and modernization strategy across all initiatives below — from evaluation through architectural decision-making to delivery and ongoing operations.

• Architectural decisions — Technology selection, migration strategy, vendor evaluation, and cost-benefit analysis for each initiative
• Stakeholder leadership — Cross-departmental alignment with IT, HR, executive management, and external partners including decision proposals and risk assessments
• Governance & rollout control — Definition of rollout rings (Canary, Pilot, Broad), change management processes, and fallback strategies
• Domain breadth — Messaging & telephony, endpoint management, identity & access, security monitoring — across the entire enterprise infrastructure
